Losing Weight

How to lose weight? 
It has been the most dramatic subject that makes our life very difficult, especially with all the variety of fast food, pastry, candy and chocolate... For me personal, it has been a big problem to a point that you can not imagine! Even A a soda will affect my weight, well it 's only seven to ten piece of sugar. 
Also, be careful from the most devastating habit that can exist. It's to maintain the diet all day long without and just before bed you take a snack and with that you will crash all the day long and also we will gain some few grams because you will not practice any physical activity when you are tired before bed.

Well besides of that to burn 1 kilo of fat you have to burn 9000 calories which is equal to 10000 steps. So we should take our time and not expect to lose 5 kilos in a week. In that case we will be depressed and lose faith in our self and we will surrender quickly and gain more than we did lose. 
We have to be patient and not surrender quickly. We have to work hard and every day not only for few days but for months and months.
